Description:

Join our IT team of 30+ professionals. This position reports directly to the CIO. Responsible for leading, planning, managing and directing multiple complex projects consisting of one or more project teams. Responsible for coordinating, scheduling team, maintaining working relationships with Stake Holders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) of functional areas outside of IS&S. Required to achieve the objectives of concurrent projects, with enterprise wide impact.

Essential Duties:

Works in tandem with senior management to achieve corporate objectives by leading one or more project teams.

  • Work closely with business units to gather requirements on new projects and ensuring the requirements are technically feasible.
  • Manage the relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Advise on design and functionally requirements of potential tools and assure they adhere with business goals.
  • Work with IS&S resources and SME’s to develop end product.
  • Develops, reviews and evaluates project plans and objectives.
  • Tracks project progress with respect to time, budget and demonstrated results.
  • Continually maintains weekly/monthly reports on status of projects.
  • Negotiates with customers, resources and vendors as required.
  • Applies effective project management methodologies and control techniques.

Physical Demands:

Hearing and vision with normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare and inspect documents.

Education:

  • Formal Project Management training desired
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience managing multi size projects and teams.
  • Must have experience in hands-on project management; specifically in information technology related projects.

Other Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using ConnectWise® is a plus

Working Conditions:

The employee will regularly work in a clean and well-lit area with inside environmental conditions and may remain seated for an extended period of time due to the nature of the position.  The employee may visit branch locations where noise levels may be higher and work interruptions more frequent.  The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job
